Unfortunately this economy has made it difficult for some to make their monthly payments and stay afloat in their home. I am certified to initiate the short sale process ultimately saving homeowners from foreclosure.
Not only am I a Real Estate Broker, I am also a builder and developer. I have built several communities that include high end custom homes, townhome developments, and retail centers. I have maintained excellent relationships with community leaders, politicians, vendors, and developers.
